Terms and Conditions – SOLIDWORKS Three-Month Licence

1.1 Licence Activation
Upon successful payment, our dedicated Onboarding team will reach out within five working days to assist with the installation process, ensuring a smooth setup and activation of the SOLIDWORKS software. You will not receive the installation files and Licence Key immediately.

1.2 Payment Schedule
Clients will automatically be billed on a monthly basis, for three months, with each payment due on the same day of the month as the original purchase date. This ensures continuity of service without interruption.

1.3 Subscription Term
This policy governs a fixed term of three months from the date of licence activation. After this period, the licence will expire automatically.

1.4 Licence Expiry and Non-Renewal
This licence does not automatically renew. Upon expiration, the software will cease to function, and access will be revoked. Clients wishing to continue using SOLIDWORKS must actively purchase a new licence. A reminder will be sent before expiration to facilitate continuity if desired.

1.5 Payment Methods
We accept payments through debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Please ensure your card details are kept up to date to avoid service disruptions.

1.6 Non-payment Consequences
Timely payments are crucial. If automatic payment fails, the client’s access to the software will be temporarily suspended. Access will be restored once full payment is made. Repeated failure to meet payment deadlines may result in permanent revocation of the licence.

1.7 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring their hardware and systems meet the minimum requirements for running SOLIDWORKS. They must also maintain the confidentiality of their licence keys and are not permitted to share or reproduce the software outside of the terms agreed upon.

1.8 Amendments
Terms and conditions may be subject to updates or amendments. Clients will be notified of significant changes that may affect their use of the software.

1.9 Non-compliance
If found non-compliant with Dassault Systèmes’ terms and conditions, or if your previous usage is deemed an infringement under the Dassault Systèmes Anti-Piracy and Compliance Programme, your purchase will be cancelled, and any initial payment will be refunded.
