Coming from a couple of previous experiences where other local Solidworks resellers are so hell-bent on making sales they outright refuse to assist with any query (such as the below) unless you purchase a new subscription by force, I must say I was quite impressed to have this resolved in a matter of hours. While I concede being an electronics design focussed company we may not soon require any new Solidworks products and/or purchases in that direction for the time being, please know that you will be my first recommendation for anyone I come across

We have enjoyed a great relationship with CADMES Support team. They are friendly and supportive. Alrieke supports us via email, telephonically, and remotely. She is hands-on too- solving issues, giving advice and escalating issues where necessary. In most cases, the support you receive can influence your experience with an application and so far our experience has been good.
